Pas de basque to Right with a quarter turn (to face out), pas de basque with a half turn (Left but no travel)
Pas de basque Right (past next hilt), pas de basque Left (to finish at second hilt) (arms in 1st)
Four highcuts (raising L, R, L, R) (arms in 3rd)

2nd step - Pointing
danced inside the swords
Pas de basque Right, pas de basque Left
Spring onto R foot pointing L foot in 2nd, Hop on R foot taking L foot to 3rd, Hop on R foot taking L foot to 4th (over the sword), Hop on R foot taking L foot to 3rd
Spring onto L foot pointing R foot in 2nd, Hop on L foot taking R foot to 3rd, Hop on L foot taking R foot to 4th (over the sword), Hop on L foot taking R foot to 3rd
Spring onto R foot pointing L foot in 2nd, Hop with a quarter turn on R foot taking L foot to 3rd, Spring onto L foot pointing R foot in 2nd, Hop on L foot taking R foot to 3rd
